Hire Terms and Conditions

• The products provided will be in excellent condition and must be returned in the same condition. Failure to do so may result in charges for damaged or missing items at our wholesale rates.

• Bolsters and eye pillows must NOT be wet to maintain their quality.

• Upon completion of use, please ensure to place items back into protective cover bags.

• To secure the booking, a $250 bond is required. This bond will be refunded upon the return of the products.

• Full payment is required 30 days prior to event

• Cancellation

  • $250.00 once a deposit has been paid

  • 50% of hire fee if cancelled 30 days prior to event

  • 100% of hire fee if cancelled 14 days prior to event
